The construction committee was constituted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh with Sri Alluri Murthy Raju as chairman and Sub-Collector , Bhadrachalam , Executive Officer , Sree Seetaramachandra Swamy Vaari Devasthanam , Bhadracahalam , and Assistant Commissioner , Endowments Department, Khammam as Members. The main aim of the constitution committee is to construct 100 roomed choultry at Bhadrachalamby next Sri Ramnavami. The proposed land is situated adjacent to the Godavari and reputed architects are being consulted for preparation of plans. The proposed 100 roomed choultry will be provided with facilities like sufficient parking place , restaurants, Meeting Halls, lounges , Banking system,comunication systems, auditorium, well developed gardens etc,. The approximate size of each A.C room will be 14' x 12' with attached bath room and will be well furnished provided good furniture. The cost of each room will be approximately Rs.1.50 to Rs.2.00 lakhs. The donars will be given rent free accommodation for a period of 60 days during the year and the facility will be extended to their heirs . The name of the donars or the person proposed by the donar will be displayed on each room. Apart form the above, Astotharam pooja will be performed in the name of the donor or any other person proposed by the donor one day during the year and the donors will have preference to have darshan of Lord Rama on Sri Ramnavami day and Vykuntha Ekadasi day when their will be a big crowd .

The construction Committee appeals to philanthraphic persons to facilitate the project by making the required donations in the service of Lord Rama and his devotees and receive His gracious blessings.
